Exchange Policy

  • Stock Jewelry: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.

  • Customized Jewelry: Each piece is made uniquely for you and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Follow instructions to ship the item back securely.
